When does my order arrive?
Your order will be available for download immediately after purchase. The links to download your order are accessible on the Order Page and will also emailed to you immediately after purchase. Please allow up to one minute for your order to load on the Order Page.
Where is my order delivered?
Your order will be available for download on the Order Page after checkout and it will also be emailed to you in your inbox. If you have any issues with your order, please check your email first as your invoice also has links to accessing your order. We are also happy to assist and can be reached here.
How do I redownload my order?
View your past orders for download and invoices inside your Account by logging in here using the email at checkout.
Do you offer promotional sales?
Yes, we offer 10% in savings on your first order with us. Please visit here to obtain your welcome code.
Do you offer refunds on purchased items?
Due to the nature of digital download products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us, please contact us for any questions or require technical assistance.
Wedding Invitations
Are these to print or send digital?
We offer both digital and printable Wedding and Save the Date Invitations to suit your preference. The product title and description will state whether the invitation of your interest is digital or printable.
A digital invitation does not require postage and is sent through email.
A printable invitation is one where you simply edit and print out at home or your favourite vendor and mail them to your guests.
How do I send a digital invitation?
For invitations that are sent digitally, you will be able to Publish your invite in Canva and share your customized website link to your guests as well as RSVP form to collect entries. Your purchase comes with a comprehensive Help Guide that shows how to digitally share the invites.
What's included inside Wedding Sets?
Our Wedding Sets are a comprehensive and coordinated bundle that includes editable templates for your save the dates, wedding invitations, ceremony pieces, seating details, table stationery and more. They come with both printable and digital matching invitation sets to provide you with the option of both.

What can I edit?
Everything in our wedding stationery templates are editable. You can change the font, text, sizing, images, placement and much more using a Free Canva account. None of our products require paid subscriptions to edit, download or print your stationery from Canva.
Are these customizable?
Yes, these are done for you wedding stationery templates make it simple to create beautiful, coordinated details for your wedding day. We specialize in creating wedding stationery that are user friendly for beginners.
What software do I need?
You only need a Free Canva account to edit, send or print your templates from. None of our templates require any paid subscription to edit, print or send your invites from.
Is technical help provided?
Yes, we offer technical support should you require additional assistance beyond our help guides. We are more than happy to answer any questions and provide instructions if require assistance please get in touch with us here.
Do you customize the stationery for me?
These are DIY invites and stationery for you to customize the details to send to your guests. Using a Free Canva account you can easily edit your details and organize them for your wedding day. Please note that we do not customize them for you.
Do you ship physical stationery and orders?
Please note that no product is shipped to you from us. Instead all orders are digitally downloaded after checkout by the purchaser.
